Home Fiber Internet does not represent or endorse the accuracy, currentness, or reliability of any data, advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed, uploaded, or distributed through Home Fiber Internet, including but not limited to the materials, the software, the content, or the information. the user acknowledges that any reliance upon any such data, opinion, advice, statement, or information shall be at the user’s sole risk. some jurisdictions do not allow for some of the limitations or exclusions as set forth herein. users may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Your Warranties and Indemnification
You affirm and promise that you won’t use this website to publish material that violates the copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity rights, or other intellectual property interests of any other person or entity, as well as any applicable laws or regulations. Headings of sections. The section headings in these Terms are only there for your convenience and are not intended to change or otherwise impact any of their provisions.Notices.
